Recipe – Green Rice

Here is a gluten free recipe your whole family will enjoy. Chances are you will have these ingredients on hand. So easy and appealing too.

Green Rice
½ c melted butter                               2 c milk
½ c chopped onion                             1 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped spinach
1 ½ c sharp cheddar cheese         1 c cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten                                       garlic salt

Mix ingredients, season with garlic salt, and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
